Welcome to Clínica Fertia

When you arrive at our assisted reproduction clinic, you receive a warm welcome and all the information you need to feel informed, comfortable and at ease during your visit.

Review of background and medical history

We will review your personal, family and reproductive history, as well as that of your partner. If you have undergone other assisted reproduction treatments, it is important that you bring all your results.

Physical examination and 3D ultrasound scan

A physical examination and 3D ultrasound scan that allow us to assess the uterine cavity and, if necessary, a hysteroscopy will be carried out.

Assessing your ovarian reserve

Ovarian reserve is essential for understanding your fertility. At our clinic we carry out an antral follicle count and/or a blood test to assess this factor.

Personalised treatment

After gathering all the relevant data, our assisted reproduction specialists will determine the most suitable treatment for you and agree the results with you.

Very good value in comparison to fertility treatments in Ireland. We spent 10 days in Fuengirola and had the treatment at the end of our time there. Flew home two days later and very luckily became pregnant. There is follow up support when you get home. My son is now two and Clinica Fertia is the only reason he is here 💙

La verdad que no teníamos un caso muy complejo, pero algo estaba impidiendo que se diera el esperado embarazo. Tanto la doctora Elena Puente como la doctora Miriam Prieto nos han ido guiando en este camino con cariño y con absoluta profesionalidad. Han sido varias las pruebas y estudios exhaustivos hasta dar con el diagnóstico. Recuerdo que la primera vez que no salió como esperábamos, la doctora Puente nos miró y nos dijo que ella no iba a tirar la toalla y que teníamos que continuar intentándolo…Y así fue, después de un par de meses de descanso, volvimos con más fuerza que nunca y el resultado ha sido más que positivo. 🥰 🙏🏼  Queremos destacar el trabajo impecable del resto del equipo: Loli, Sofía, Jasmin, Dra. The diagnostic pack includes not only the medical consultation but also key tests such as an ultrasound scan or initial blood tests, allowing a more complete assessment from day one.

Can I have the fertility assessment if I live outside Málaga?

Yes. Many patients travel from other cities or countries to have the diagnostic pack at Clínica Fertia in Fuengirola, as it allows tests to be concentrated in a single visit.

Do I need to bring previous test results to the first visit?

It is not compulsory, but if you have previous tests or reports, it is advisable to bring them to allow a more complete assessment and avoid repeating unnecessary tests.

Can treatment begin after the diagnostic pack?
