Quality Policy

CLÍNICA FERTIA, a leading company in the field of gynaecology and assisted reproduction, with proven experience and professionalism, sets as its priority objective that the services it offers should earn the full satisfaction of the client in terms of guarantee and quality, strictly complying with the national and international legislation in force within the company’s scope of activity and, in particular, the scope of its certification under the ISO 9001 standard, GYNAECOLOGY AND ASSISTED REPRODUCTION LABORATORY.

To achieve this, Clínica Fertia establishes general lines of action to be followed by the whole Organisation:

•  To satisfy the requirements demanded by legislation, by the clients themselves and those implicit in the service, quantifying, as far as possible, the degree of satisfaction of clients and other interested parties.
• To consider the management of resources, both human and those relating to infrastructure and the working environment, that make it possible to achieve conformity with the requirements of the service.
• To provide continuous training for staff as a tool for improving the delivery of this service.
• To motivate and strengthen the participation of the company’s staff, taking their ideas and contributions into account, in order to carry out projects aimed at improving Quality.
• To analyse the incidents and errors that occur in order to eliminate their causes and thus prevent them from recurring in the future.
• To continuously select and evaluate our suppliers and subcontractors, so as to guarantee the quality of the supplies and services they provide us with.
• To continuously improve, so as to increase the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Achieving these objectives is, above all, a responsibility of Management, which undertakes to provide staff with all the technical and training resources necessary to comply with this Quality Policy, which is available, communicated and applied within the organisation and to all its interested parties.
